A bit about RHR
Raising Healthy Roots is a small family farm on 2 acres in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
We practice holistic land management of our garden and pasture for animals, and enjoy continually learning, implementing and sharing our love of more natural living with others.
RHR was birthed in 2017 with the growing of an okra plant. We had no idea where God would lead us with that small potted plant, but we couldn't be more grateful for the humble beginning of this journey.
Ashley's experience and passion for cultivating a healthy lifestyle by minimizing environmental toxin exposure collided with Matt's experience as a Clinical Dietitian, and his new found love for gardening, to ignite a burning desire to help others value and learn the importance of supporting our bodies as God intended, utilizing the nutrition sources He has provided us.
Our mission at Raising Healthy Roots is to educate and empower other families to live the abundant life they were created for by God and to raise the next generation to be mighty warriors for His Kingdom, outside of societal norms.

What we are up to:
Based on seasonal availability, we provide elderberry syrup, bone broth, farm fresh eggs, chicken raised with organic practices, colloidal silver, tinctures, and several other offerings locally. Ask us!
We are also growing our own elderberries, orchard, garden, expanding our meat chicken operation, and preparations for homestead tours + hands on learning opportunities.
