I live in Oklahoma, in a place called "Green Country". I am a daughter of The King, wife, and mother to 3 littles, among many other hats that I am blessed to wear.

I grew up in a beautiful family unit, surrounded by great friends, in a small-town U.S.A. I was raised to be respectful to a level also known as "people pleasing", and I took that character trait seriously.

This people pleasing and not wanting to ruffle feathers got me in some hot water as I got older. It wasn't until I began seeing things around me that didn't make sense or very clearly wasn't in line with what's best for me, that I began the idea of speaking up. This took me until the age of 30 to figure out.

I have a heart for helping people feel valued and seen, to know they have a voice and a say in the health and well-being of their family. I want them to be able to truly understand how the human body works and what it needs to work miraculously as God intended. My passion is for mothers... doing their best for their family, but often over stretched and not able to take the time necessary to search for what is safe and what actually promotes health.

My passion was born out of a time in 2014-2015 when my husband and I had a challenging time conceiving our first child. My eyes were opened when a friend suggested the common link between infertility and environmental toxins in our everyday environment. Once I recognized the choices I was making about the products I was putting on and in my body, while being told they were safe, were actually not designed with my best interest at heart--- that fired me up! I had no idea my blind trust, based on my history of believing the best people, was misguided. I have the best interest of others in my heart, and I expected the same of everyone else. That was one of the hardest lessons I have learned in life, and a pivotal moment in becoming the person God created me to be.

Hey there! I'm Ashley -- wife and mother of 3 little kiddos.

My journey to remove toxin-filled products from my life began in 2014. My husband and I were trying to get pregnant, with difficulty, and a friend of mine asked if I had ever looked into the link between toxins in everyday products and reproductive issues. That was a pivotal moment in my life, one I thank God for often, because I have never looked back.

I have 10 years of experience of replacing toxin-filled products with safe alternatives in my home, and 8+ years helping others do the same in their homes. I believe these simple swaps have led to less diagnoses, improved attitudes, less healthcare visits, improved confidence as the gatekeepers of homes, and more abundant time doing the things people are passionate about!

Do I believe it should take anyone YEARS to do the same?? No way!!

My desire is to partner with you to make your journey much simpler and collapse time by sharing what I have implemented. I have taken what I learned in the better part of a decade and condensed it into a simple, actionable system you can implement in a matter of weeks and experience lasting change.

My heart is to see families set free and living abundantly, as God created us to do!

So then, with this amazing hope living in us,

we step out in freedom and boldness to speak the truth.

Are you local to the Tulsa, OK area and
looking for hands on homesteading workshops?

Ashley teamed up with a like-minded friend to create Eden's Roots. We have a passion for providing our families with yummy, home cooked food that isn’t filled with all the chemicals and coming alongside others to learn the simplistic living found in homesteading!! There’s something to be said about living and cooking the way our grandparents did.

This is why we teach others how to incorporate the basics of homesteading into their everyday lives... whether in the city or country.

Let’s get back to our roots together!!
